Pancabudi is the biggest and the strongest player in Indonesia plastic industry. It has been going well for the last four decades, but its identity is growing increasingly old and out of touch. In order maintain Pancabudi identity relevancy and to increase its market resiliency in the face of AFTA, Milestone was briefed to develop a corporate re-branding that not only strengthen Pancabudi image externally but also rejuvenate the internal employee so they can achieve a new heights in term of productivity and innovation. We conduct a thorough internal and external research to develop new values of Pancabudi which in turn is epitomized in Pancabudi fresh new logo and visual communication.
