Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities :
  1. Become the day-to-day 'go to' for client contacts
  2. Work closely with a sizeable strategy team to develop creative briefs and strategic responses
  3. Brief in and liaise with the creative team throughout concept development
  4. Manage the production process across a range of projects including branding, advertising and digital campaign
  5. Work closely with Account Executive, whilst supporting their own learning and development
  6. Writing client reports, minutes of meetings, contact report & monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
  7. Prepare "pitches", along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.

Responsibilities :

  1. Fully in-charge for recruitment process (identify, selecting, interviewing, scheduling, offering, onboarding and document completion)
  2. Performing both online and offline interviews with candidates as well as references and background check.
  3. Bringing in new great talent to future job vacancies or hiring needs 
  4. Communicate and coordinate with internal or external stakeholders regarding the company's HR & General Affairs activities, policies and procedures

 Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome visitors at the front desk by greeting, assisting, directing, and announcing information clearly and accurately.

  3. Receive and sort daily emails.
  4. Assist in addressing consumer and visitor inquiries by providing accurate information.
