Pancabudi is the biggest and the strongest player in Indonesia plastic industry, its identity is growing increasingly old and out of touch. To maintain Pancabudi identity relevancy and to increase its market resiliency in the face of AFTA, Milestone was tasked to develop a corporate rebranding that not only strengthens Pancabudi image externally but also rejuvenates the internal employee so they can achieve new heights in terms of productivity and innovation. We conducted thorough internal and external research to develop new values of Pancabudi which in turn was epitomized in Pancabudi new logo and visual communication.
