Waskita Realty most immediate problem was the lack of good brand architecture: a clearly defined structure of services or products within an organizational entity. Milestone developed a clear system of name, logos, colors, and value proposition of each sub-brand within Waskita Realty’s portfolio. We originated WASAKA as the brand name of all the company’s products. The combination of the Sanskrit words Wasa and Saka means a shining and powerful pillar, designed to represent Waskita Realty products as tough, superior, and possessing the qualities to build progressive urban environments in Indonesia where any lifestyle can thrive.
