PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is an Indonesia-based financial institution named the most profitable national company by Forbes International. It is engaged in banking activities alongside its products and services: including savings, loans, consumer products, and investment banking. However, the financial institution constantly needed branding activities to introduce their new programs and promote ongoing projects.

BRI has been collaborating with Milestone since 2020 and throughout 2022. Milestone was trusted to develop their 360 campaign for various streamlines such as Wealth Management Group, BRI Consumer Banking, KPR BRI, and Priority Banking. We developed different approaches to determine which would suit audiences best and created key visuals alongside copywriting matching their target markets. The images mirror who the market is, and the copywriting was geared to deliver relevant messages.
