To remain competitive in the tight market situation in Seminyak, Bali, Neo Hotel Seminyak desired to do a complete rebranding to enhance their overall service quality. Milestone invented the name ‘Liberta’ to represent a place of joy, freedom, and better beginnings. We daringly fused urban energy and vintage Miami vibe into the hotel’s brand identity, from the naming, marketing strategy, visual identity, to the collaterals and compelling website.

We were dispatched on a site visit and management interview to conceive the philosophy and service culture, ensuring everyone representing Liberta Hotel will carry out the brand vision clearly and consistently. Subsequently, a detailed brand guidelines was created as an accurate compass to represent the brand in all forms of media.
