Milestone was trusted to perform the branding process of their new app. The project started with an in-depth interview with the key stakeholders of PT Pos Indonesia, progressing to an industry study of competitor brands. Insights from our study became the building blocks of the branding process, resulting in a strong concept alongside the appropriate branding elements.
